Dimitri Tsintsadze Foundation with the support of our donors, was able to satisfy 41 beneficiaries in July, with the amount of 49 864 laris. Patients' and parents' travel and accommodation expenses to France, Italy, Paris, Israel and Germany were fully covered by the fund (with the total amount of 27 371 laris).
We bought medications for patients, covered expenses of magnetic-resonance-imaging and we fully funded radiation and chemotherapies which were partially covered by the State (with the total amount of 22 475 laris). We want to thank each donor, if not you, we could not do it. Although, it is not our cooperation's ideal indicator, due to insufficent resources, we had to refuse to several beneficiaries, we also just partially financed patients, in brief, we don't had the best month.Today there are many opportunities for financial assistance to help children suffering from leukemia and solid cancer. For instance, the Ministry of Health Georgia, Tbilisi City Hall, regional boards, Solidarity Fund and Fund of Monk Andria - they have a lion's share in helping these children. We want to thank them and all of our donors. We should also remind you that compensation for travel and accommodation expenses is available only with the help of our fund. That's why almost 80 percent of our expenses include travel costs. Give hope to these families. Your support is still very important. Power is in unity! Join us!
